Mastering is a process that transfers customer's data into a stamper, which is ready for CD-ROM, DVD reapplication.

The master from customer that contains digital information in the form of DLT, CDR/CD, DVDR/DVD were verified, formatted and loaded in Quality Control Department. Using a Laser Beam Recording machine (LBR), Mastering Department transfers the digital information onto the master glass that has been coated with photo resist. After being developed and activated, the glass was transferred to electro-forming bath to grow stamper. The finished stamper was sent to Injection Department to replicate the CD and DVD in injection molding machine.
