We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express (no
surcharge added). We also accept money orders, C.O.D. company checks (upon credit

$6.00 for order processing, packaging and handling, plus the shipping charge for

- Domestic shipments are made via UPS Ground when possible. Allow at least
7 to 10 business days after shipment for delivery.
- Shipments to APOs/FPOs,
Canada and PO Boxes - add an additional 20% or order amount.
- Overnight
or for 2nd Day Air Express Delivery, actual shipping charge.

to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam - please call Customer

order to offer you the lowest prices, all purchase orders must be accompanied
with payment except for schools and Government offices (Net 15 days).

| Damaged
shipments: |

you receive a package that has been damaged en route to you by UPS, please call
your local UPS office immediately and request that a representative pick up the
damaged goods. (This will help to resolve the situation in the quickest possible
manner.) Repack the merchandise securely, making sure to include the white packing
slip that was included with your order and attach to it a note explaining the
situation. Once UPS picks up the package and notifies us, we will promptly ship
a replacement to you. |
